It all started from an small stream from UpIsNotJump, it was about the wonderful game called Fallout. Yeah the first Fallout game. It is awesome.
He reached the place called “The Glow” and that is a very scary place. Full of radiation and death. I looked upon those 2D tiles and thought to my self that it could be fun to recreate the environment. Yeah, sure, why not.
I made the four distinct wall pieces and just used a plane in Unity as a floor. and then the fun began. Using the stream as a reference I recreated the layout from the first floor in unity. It was fun and I enjoyed it. So… I recreated the other five floors as well.
I did this basically in one day. And i will most definitely add more details to these maps. So come back next time to see the wonderful new world of Fallout inspired horror 😀
